Running is one of the things someone will do. What are the benefits of running? There are running facts that we need to consider. According to what i read when you can burned 2,800 calories a week and dropped 30 pounds by just running. Also a 150 pounds person that run can burn 100 calories in every mile. This is amazing and i want to do it myself.

My husband is a runner and when he did the 26 miles marathon last 2004 he told me that before the marathon he run every single day to prepare his body. Running is very effective if you do it everyday. But if you stop and run again you will gain weight. I notice that when i ran in the college and when i stop i can sense that i am gaining some weights.

If you run 5 miles everyday then you will loss 500 calories per day so that means you will lose 2500 calories 5 days a week. So if you want to loss weight just run 5 miles a day.
